Professional Use

Outputs are decision-support materials only. Users are responsible for independent review, credit decisions, compliance, and final underwriting judgment.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.

User Data

You must have the right to upload or enter borrower, contractor, financial, and project information. Do not submit data you are not authorized to process.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee financing approval, bond issuance, specific pricing, eligibility, or regulatory outcome.

Advertising

BondSBA Terminal may show advertising placements to keep the platform free. Advertising does not imply endorsement of any advertiser, lender, broker, or financial product.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or use automated traffic that degrades the platform.
